shipping?

We now offer shipping to Australia and a wide variety of international countries.

Both tracked and untracked letters are now available as a shipping option for flat items; such as stickers and singular cards!

Tracked letters are currently only available for orders within Australia. Also please keep in mind, if you place an order that contains both flat items (stickers and individual cards) and other items (earrings, suncatchers etc.) Your order will likely be split in two and sent separately. Please message on insta or send over an email if you’d like to combine shipping!

If your country isn’t currently included in our international shipping, please contact me and I’LL see what i can do!

When will _____ Be back in stock?

If you’ve had your eye on a particular pair of earrings that are currently out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification to find out as soon as they’re restocked! Just go to the page of the earrings you’d like, and if they’re out of stock, there will be a box for you to type in your email.

This also gives us a guide as to how many pairs of earrings we should be making for the restock!

What will my order arrive in?

We try to make our packaging as eco-friendly as possible!

Most of the supplies used to pack your orders are fully compostable. Whatever isn’t currently compostable, we are working towards finding alternatives/using our remaining supplies before making the switch.

To compost the packaging materials, we recommend cutting the materials up, before placing them into your home compost bins, or finding a local composting centre/hub.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

YEs! You should be able to use more than one discount code at a time. For example, if you want to obtain free shipping using one of the codes shown above (making sure you have the correct shipping option selected), but still want to take advantage of any current sales, just add both at checkout, and they should go through!

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

All current earrings are stainless steel or gold stainless steel and listed in the description of each pair of earrings

We have started using sterling silver and gold hooks for our earrings with pearls

I am more than happy to change the hooks/hoops if you require a different kind of metal. Just send me an email at made.by.a.sherriff@outlook.com

What are they made of?

Our earrings are laser cut acrylic (cool right?)

All designs are drawn by me and converted into files which then become earrings! with the help of a local laser cutting company

I then prep and assemble every pair myself (one woman team)

Clip-ons?

We currently do not have any of our earrings as readily available clip ons, but open to suggestions as to which styles people would like to see as clip ons!
